Mengzhuang, Zhengzhou. Assembly, testing and packing in one park.

Inside the park

Seven production bases. One standard.

Group operations run across Henan, Hubei, Anhui and Shanxi, with solar lighting and water equipment assembled on the same quality gates. A repeat order re-runs the same parts, not a lookalike from another workshop.

  • Component-level spares held for the models we ship
  • One BOM per product, so a repeat order is a repeat part
  • Test records kept per batch, not per marketing claim
  • Documentation in English, French or Arabic on request

Export reality

The paperwork is part of the product.

A container that cannot clear customs is scrap metal. We prepare the market files before the goods leave, and we keep the transport documents for the batteries that everyone forgets about.

Lithium batteries ship as Class 9 dangerous goods. If your forwarder has not asked you for UN38.3 and an MSDS, the conversation is going to happen at the port.

Common questions

Answers before you write.

What is the minimum order?

Fifty finished luminaires per model, one hundred SKD kits, and one unit for water plants. Samples ship at unit price plus freight, and the sample cost is credited against the first production order.

How long does production take?

Fifteen to twenty-five days for a repeat order and twenty-five to thirty-five days for a first production run, counted from deposit. Sea freight adds roughly twenty-five to forty days depending on the port.

Which certificates can you send?

Chinese luminaire test reports, CCC certification and hygiene permits for water appliances, trademark registrations, patents and provincial CDC test reports. SONCAP, PVoC and SASO / SABER are market files prepared per shipment. Full scans with numbers and validity dates are released after a short verification.

Do you supply SKD kits for local assembly?

Yes. Kits ship with a matched BOM, an assembly drawing and a test record, in neutral packaging or with your own label. The electronics are functionally tested before packing.

Do you ship to Saudi Arabia and South Africa?

Yes, and to the wider Gulf, North Africa, West and East Africa and South and Southeast Asia. We prepare the destination file before the container is booked and send UN38.3 plus MSDS with every battery consignment.

What warranty do you give?

Two years standard on integrated luminaires, three years on the split range, and twelve months on water equipment. Spare controllers, LED modules and battery packs are held for the models we ship.

Field note

How to size a solar street light for a real road

Pole height, spacing, lux target, battery watt-hours and the monsoon row that catches everyone. A worked example you can check with a calculator.

Send the constraint, not a model number.

Road width and length. Water source and daily volume. The certification your market requires. That is enough for us to come back with a configuration and a price.

Send the road width. We will send the arithmetic.

Tell us the site and the constraint. You will get a configuration, a price and the documents your customs broker will ask for.
